Для Acad 2002 выдержка из Help:
Hatch patterns display incomplete or broken up
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Issue
You apply hatch patterns but they display incomplete, broken up, or distorted.
Solution
This problem occurs when you try to use hatch patterns such as GRAVL1 or AR-CONC at high coordinate values (usually over a million).
There are three possible methods to work around this problem:
Set the SNAPBASE variable to a coordinate close to the coordinates for the hatch boundary.
Temporarily set the UCS to a coordinate close to the coordinates for the hatch boundary.
Temporarily move the hatch boundary to a low coordinate, create the hatch, and then move the boundary and hatch back to the original coordinates of the hatch boundary.
Option 1 is the preferred solution.
Но для Acad 2008 есть переменные, которые управляют поведением штриховки. Из Help:
The location and behavior of a hatch pattern depends on the HPORIGIN, HPORIGINMODE, and HPINHERIT system variables, and the location and orientation of the user coordinate system.
Можно управлять началом штриховки в диалоговом окне команды Hatch (Bhatch), см. внизу слева Hatch Origin.
